Frequently Asked Questions

What is Killin Koalas?

Killin Koalas is a dark art and apparel project designed to raise awareness and funds for koala conservation. Through bold, confronting artwork of an anonymous, vengeful koala character, we challenge perceptions, provoke conversation, and support real-world efforts to protect koalas and their habitats.

Why is the koala evil?

Our koala isn't evil—he's angry. His forest has been burned, his species endangered, and his home taken by human development. The character represents revenge against environmental destruction. It’s art with a purpose.

Do you really donate to koala conservation?

Yes. A portion of all profits is donated to vetted koala conservation initiatives across Australia. We are transparent about where the funds go and we post updates via our socials and newsletter.

Where are your products made?

All apparel is printed on demand, we try to get products from Australia using ethical, high-quality materials.

How do I wash and care for the shirts?

To maintain print quality:

  • Cold wash inside out

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Avoid ironing directly on the print

Do you ship internationally?

Is this just for shock value?

The trashy is intentional—but it’s purposeful. It gets attention, sparks conversations, and drives action. Every design has a deeper message rooted in conservation, activism, and confronting uncomfortable truths.
