Returns & Refund Policy
Each item is made to order, so we ask that you double‑check size and colour selections before finalising your purchase. We cannot accept change‑of‑mind returns. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what you ordered, please follow the process below within 14 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be arranged once the original item has been returned in unused condition.
How to return or exchange

Receive return instructions. Our team will review your request and, if your item qualifies, provide you with a return address or prepaid return label along with packing instructions.
Send the item back. Package the product securely and post it to the address provided. If you received a prepaid label, attach it to your parcel and drop it at your nearest post office or collection point.
Processing and replacement or refund. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 14 days. We’ll contact you once it’s complete.
