At Killin Koalas, every item is made to order—printed just for you. Because we use an on-demand production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check size guides and product details before ordering.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund only if your item is:

• Faulty or damaged upon arrival

• Misprinted

• Incorrect (wrong item sent)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
